Here's how it works (usually). Your organization has an Apricot database and you're ready to take it to the next level. You might need quarterly reports, new forms, a data migration, or really anything requiring Apricot expertise. So you reach out via phone, email or this website to start the conversation.

We'll get back to you right away to set up a 30 minute meeting to talk through all your Apricot support needs. Next we'll incorporate your support needs into a proposal and service agreement. The proposal will spell out the timeline, priority projects, and expected cost. The proposal is an easy and helpful way to share the information and request approvals from management or board members as needed.

If you choose to move forward, we sign the service agreement and get started on your highest priority projects. We can do regular check-ins or just talk as needed to make sure you're getting everything you need from your database.

Elevate charges for hourly support and there is no minimum or required support amount. Simply email your Apricot support request to start a new project. If you don't need any support in a given month, you won't be charged at all. It's designed to be a simple low-risk support contract that enables you to get the data you need from your Apricot database.
